Hiya

Hoping someone can assist with this query:

I'm wanting to get my partner an Apple watch (on my account) and have it linked to their line to take advantage of the cellular function etc. Just checking that if it's possible to not have notifications sent (eg. 'your Apple watch as just shipped) to their mobile as I don't want them to know about it.

Much appreciated

Am buying through Spark - same price and you can tick it up IF. Just seeing if there's a way to mute notifications. Would just buy it in Spark store otherwise.

Not sure about online, but I have purchased in-store on account with Spark before and been able to choose which number on the account would get the related notifications

Ok, just seeing if anyone from Spark knows why it takes longer to get an Apple watch delivered? States 3-5 business days (a phone will ship overnight).

I ended up cancelling my order (after 7 working days) since I saw they had stock in store - only to find they had sold out.

Have since re-ordered online (today is the 5th day) and there's zero word about shipping. Spark CSR can only state the status is 'shipping initiated' - that was also the status from the 3rd day onwards with the last order.

Any help would be appreicated.
