Does Spark still have that single open order rule?

I've ordered the iPhone 16 Pro Max off them (due to the $700 discount), but as I'm now travelling , I am stuck not being able to add a roaming pack.

Seems a bit ridiculous that this rule still exists from maybe 10-15 years ago?

Can anyone advise?

I'm not sure about the current position, however I had the same issue occur in 2018 while I was in New York and Spark acknowledged the issue and reimbursed all my roaming charges - worth asking if they'll do that.

Totally, the relevant casual charges incurred in pack countries can be repriced into roaming packs if you are impacted by this issue. Obviously any charges incurred in non pack countries will stand.

Best to sort on your return once all charges have been billed, just give the team a call.

Any issues - let me know
