I'm trying to contact Skinny via their website but its missing the chat window that sits bottom right corner of their webpage. This is repeated on different browsers and devices. The phone number when rung leads to a voice message that says they are really busy and to try later, possibly because the Chat option isn't available. Just wondering if anyone else can or cannot see/use the chat window on skinny.co.nz or the android skinny app.
