Hi

Im in Auckland near Favona and since this morning my internet has been out ever since 8am this morning.
I'm using Asus ax-7800 router and it's been going well for the last two years with spark.
Spark said they can see the chorus ont but my router is showing disconnected under Wan connection.

I was wondering by chance if anyone is having issues with spark around the area?

Spark said to buy a spark branded router instead but I was wondering if anyone else has issues?

I mean it just suddenly stopped working.
I've reset the router and ONT. I've also factory reset two Asus routers and all says it can't pick up a internet connection.

What do the logs say?? After you reset the devices I assume you set them up again with PPPoE vlan id=10???

I can't find the setting to change to VLAn 10 but the log says

Unless you set the routers up correctly they aren't going to connect. vlan tag has to be set, you don't have a choice.

I reset the router and set it up using the manual method instead of selecting the spark profile.
I set the VID to 10 and PRIO to 0 but still the same result.
Nothing connects

In the Special Requirement from ISP section disable any Enable VPN + DHCP connection.
