Hi, am bigpipe customer working fine but decided to upgrade to TPLink deco x55 and can't get a connection.

Have set connection type to ppoe...

Any suggestions ? (Bigpipe chat where bigpipe support directed me is no longer available I see )

Can you share a screen shot of the settings page. 

 

 

 

Should be as simple as this:

 

 

 

  • PPP Protocol: PPPoE
  • VLAN tagging: Disabled 
  • PPP Username / password: anything, just not blank
  • Service name: [leave blank]
  • DNS servers: Obtain automatically

Thx for quick reply, seems it just needed time to connect. All 3 mesh devices now connected and much much faster than my hg659b + wired wifi extender engenius ews360ap
