Hey team

We're a Spark Digital customer, but our account manager isn't quite certain what I'm asking for with a request for an SFP ONT. I've been reviewing this matrix, and I was hoping someone who knows might know what the Spark product name is to match the Chorus Business SFP 200 / SFP Max service, so I can request that?

Thanks!

Hi, the SFP ont product is more directed to the roadside cabinet, low physical impact situation rather than a corporate connection that streamlines the WAN interface to their router.

Unless you have a demanding, small roadside cabinet type scenario, then I suggest you just stay with the standard offerings.

HI Cyril, I disagree a little there.
We do have a smart locations (IOT style) SFP offer which is, if I remember correctly ~100mbps - this is intended for the roadside (and other) style locations you mentioned.

But we also offer high bandwidth options and even High Priority Access 1gbps, 2gbps, 4gbps and 8gbps over XGSPON.

The SFP ONT products are intended for use anywhere a customer might see benefit from an SFP based ONT.

Why do you want an SFP ONT? Space? Less Devices to Power? or doing fancy stuff like QnQ etc ?
