Kia Ora all

The Skinny app on my iphone promax 12 won’t show my data balance. Rollover minutes are there but no data. I’ve deleted the app & restarted the phone then then reinstalled butvstill no joy. All ideas welcome thanks

do you have any data left?
My app (android) currently shows - Mins, Rollover Data, Bonus Data
I know when I have used up my bonus data - it just disappears

That might be the case, even though I’d bought more data. My plan renewed and the balance appeared. Thanks forvtaking the time to reply

The help options of reinstall, restart etc had been tried unsuccessfully, helpline closed at the time. As usual, someone here had had the same issue and enlightened me.
