Tried calling and their number isn't staffed over weekends and their WhatsApp + messenger haven't replied in 48hrs. Looks like a common pain point judging by their Facebook comments. Since my plan lapses today it seems I'm cooked. Pretty disappointed as I've had awesome customer experiences with them 3 and 5 years ago and now it's all robots. I understand the mobile app is there but it tells me to contact support and when you call it tells you to use the app 😂

You get what you pay for 🤷. What's the issue?

Yep posted about this in the past: https://www.geekzone.co.nz/forums.asp?topicid=318334

Sparks redundancies have really hit Skinny and support is basically non-existent now.

No, you pay for what Skinny is selling. The "award winning service" they claim to be offering forms part of the contract.
