I’ve been having internet problems for over a year, and it has recently gotten worse. The connection now drops several times an hour, and I haven’t been able to fix it.

Router: TP-Link Archer GE800

Connection: Spark Fiber via Enable ONT

Internet stops working on both wired and wireless devices

ONT flashes quickly during the drops, showing it is still on and working

Router still responds to pings even when the internet is out

Changing the ONT power socket didn’t help

Could this be related to PPPoE or the internet connection itself? I’m looking for any suggestions.

Check the router logs to see what they say. also contact your ISP and see if they can see anything from their end.
