this morning i tried to access my email via outlook express but was denied access by server due to password being incorrect. (usually i don't need to use a password in outlook but occaisionally that box pops up and gives me grief)

anyway - i then tried to access my email through the online web page and was denied again even though i'd used that just a few days ago too and it was fine.  then i tried logging on with my primary email address (which i never use) and that worked but - i can't access any mail that has been sent to my two sub-account addresses which are the two i primarily use.

i've mailed telecom and yahoo about this problem, several times now but had no response.

i guess the problem could be that i'm actually a vodafone customer now but i have been for months and my email worked fine.  i don't want to lose my email addresses if i can help it and don't even mind paying for them if i have to as i've got about $70 credit still with telecom.

i do get an option to add the two accounts i want to access to my primary account ... but they send the verification emails to the addresses that i can't access.

does anyone have any experience with this issue or know how to resolve it?

thanx

Welcome, have you actually spoken to telecom? I believe there is a fee involved to keep an email address from them. Small that may be but there is a fee.
