Can any one on Xtra Go Large access Telecom / Xtra usage meter?

We have not been able to access our usage meter since December & I was just wondering if any one else who on Xtra Go Large, can access their usage meter??

You shouldn't need to see the usage meter should you?
Since you are on a unlimited plan...?

aaaw ok, well in that case why not just give Telecom a ring and let them know about it, maybe they can fix it.

But if no one rings them they will never know, unless they read this forum of course.
