Does any one esle have problems with the okta mondo cell phone this is my third and every time there is a problem with charging . The new phone is only three months old and telecom says it had condensation in it and will not repair , all other three have had the same chrging issues . You plug the phone in and need a rubber band  to pull the charger forward .. any thoughts
