is it possible to use prepaid plans for the blackberry? as someone is going to give me their old one .
seeing i will be mostly txting and maybe i'll go on facebook etc a few times but the prepaid web prices seem okay.

if you cannot why?

there is only one model of the Blackberry at the moment that works on XT and that's the Bold. the rest are GSM/2G ... so you'd have to stick on Vodafone on that one. As for Blackberry prepaid, I am still waiting on the news as it is suppose to be available soon ..... ish.
