Am after a little advise from those who are in the know....
I have an Okta Boss on 24 month professional services plan (commenced October 08).
Phone has been playing up terribly, with unusable numeric keypad and randomly dialing numbers, including 111 so thinking this would be good chance to up to XT network, however, am getting conflicting information from sales reps.  Have been told that warranty will be rejected as it has scuff marks and may be interpreted as being dropped.

What I would like to know is:

1. What sort of hardware discount am I entitled to (have been told $150 by one and $250 by another)

2. Do I have to committ to another 24 month plan?

3. Are there any phones that have SIP support, WLan and GPS?
