I am trying to configure a bluetooth modem connection using one touch connection associated with nokia pc suite. One touch fails to connect to the device. This is odd as all other pc suite functions seem to work fine. Is there a secret I am missing here?

Are you specifying the right APN in the PC software?

Try using internet.telecom.co.nz

I am configuring it from the drop down menu which includes Telecom NZ so the access point will will be correct. The issue seems to be the connection with the phone and not the phone with the network as such.
