Hi team,

I have a Treo 750V which is almost complete in connecting to XT on a postpaid sim.

I canphone out/in, txt out/in, browse the web, retrieve emails, but I csnnot send emails.

When I connected to the hetwork I got a txt saying some settings were coming and I should accept them with a code 1234.  I did this and got an immediate message back "Change of Device Settings Unsuccessful. Your device settings could not be changed."

Where do I go for the correct settings or find help on this?
Cheers
Bernard

Don't worry about that SMS. Ignore it.

As for your email, who is your provider?

Hi Mauricio,

Thanks for the advice about the sms.

I have two email accounts, one with xtra and the other with interspeed.

I have smtp.xtra.co.nz in the email outgoing server box.

Neither email account will send email

Cheers bernard
