My friend is an Independent Representative of ACN and he wants me to help him by sign up for the SmartChoice Plus $5/month and of course he will pay for every month as I said to him I don't use it.

My question is that I'm on Telecom phoneline at the moment(I call local call in Auckland for FREE only) and if I choice the ACN as the Toll Calls,what will happen to my local call?Anyone please give me an advice.Thanks

Local calls will still be free (Through Telecom). Be aware that if you have any other services ie. Broadband, smartphone services these while your tolls are with Telecom are being charged at a discounted rate ie. Big time with tolls $59.95, with out tolls $69.95, caller ID with tolls $2.50 without tolls $3.95. If you dont use tolls its not going to be worth you changing if you have any of these services.

I have not meet him in a long time and when I met him again recently, he said he quit his job and now he's doing his own business

and will getting rich! very soon...he sound very confidence in the job which he said that will earn him million dollar within 5 years...but I didn't believe it.

You earn a million dollars by doing actual work, not hawking tolls with a piddly commission.

Don't sign up, ACN rates aren't even that good anyway.

Doesn't your friend know the answer? He should know the answer. This is a very simple answer he should know the answer to 100%.
