Sorry if this has already been covered, I tried a number of searches and visited a Telecom store today and they were not able to help me.

Is there a way of making the link to voicemail on an iPhone call the Telecom Voicemail Number?

there is a process listed here that sets up all the settings, follow the instructions exactly and all goes well, remember to reboot your device after update is complete.
