To bar your phone (i.e. out going calls, txt's and or data you need to contact *123 for postpaid, 0800 32 32 32 for prepaid or 126 for business.

Outside of business hours contact Telecom faults.

So Basicly It's a Feature on your phone that doesn't work because the network doesn't support it

No one said the telecom XT does not support the feature

I think you will find only on account XT customers can use the feature

Anyone from Telecom confirm this?

Telecom does not support this feature at this time.

To bar your phone you need to contact the help desk or a Telecom Store / Dealer.

XT supports this feature however it is not turned on for prepaid customers. The only place prepaid custoemrs can divert their calls to is the voicemail platform.

Cut the crap with the pity story

Did anyone say prepay were less important prepay customers are not provisioned in the HLR to use call barring. This is the same with call divert prepay customers are not allowed to setup diverts either

If you want it switch to On account

Get a grip.

Call barring IS available to you via TWO methods:

Call Telecom on 0800 32 32 32.
OR
Switch to an account to have the capability to run the feature from your phone.

There is nothing unreasonable going on here.
