I couldnt see anything in the FAQ thread....

I want to upgrade a Prepaid CDMA connection to XT Prepaid and do it via the web. I went to the URL, stuck in the phone number and "yes, you can upgrade online". However.... i can't get past the "select phone" step. I dont want to buy a handset, i already have a compatible one. Can i upgrade online, or do I have to jump through different hoops elsewhere...?

No you can't do it online but your local Telecom Store or Dealer can do this for you.

The SIM should be free upgrading from CDMA.

thanks for teh update. seems a bit silly to have to head into a shop for it... but i guess i'll head there and see how i go.
