While watching videos(not on youtube) over the last 24 hours it has been taking ages. the videos usually load fast. i just did a speed test at speedtest.net and i got 1.43Mbps download speed connecting to a las vegas server. i've done a test with the same server a few months ago and i got 5Mbps. this has just happened over the last 24 hours and it is affecting other international video sites apart from youtube.

has anyone else seen your speedtest.net results decrease over the last 24 hours?
