Hi guys,

I'm having some call quality issues with my Samsung F480T that I bought on Saturday.

Problem is, I often have problems hearing what people on the other end are saying... The phone seems to have a mind of it's own, constantly ajusting the volume itself during a call.

For instance, calling 0800 32 32 32 gives me a totally uneven sound.
( Bracketed parts - heard at the correct volume ).

[Welcome to Telecom]. To top up [your account, Press] One. For [Balance and Transaction Enquiries], Press Two.

The CDMA phone I upgraded from (Samsung W531) didn't suffer from uneven sound problems during a call.

Faulty phone? Or is this a new XT feature?

Thanks

I have one of these phones and agree with the call quality issues, Its usually very difficult to hear people, I will look into this and find a reason why.
