Is there a way to deactivate a telecom phone on old network without having to go to the store? Because I sold my phone on trade me and need to deactivate it but am short of time D:
failing that PM me the mobile number and the ESN number on the phone and I will shut it down, I need the ESN number to confirm you are in possesion of the phone
