On the weekend a friend mentioned that his Sanyo 7050 had stopped showing the "Envelope" or any other indication when there was a voice message. He will get around to calling faults but I'm interested in knowing if anyone has a suggestion. Is this something that can be turned off? There was nothing obvious in the phone settings.

its probally not on at the network side of things, id ring up and have them check the notification settings.
