Hey,

Im going to try post current faults here to keep everyone updated, please check here before posting on an issue as it may be getting worked on.

current issues include

HTC Touch Pro 2 timestamp 1 hour ahead

HTC Snap sends multiple txts from outbox (not all devices effected)

LG GR500 timestamp is 1 - 12 hours out.

Please let me know if you notice any other faults, issues or quirks and I may be able to help.

sounds possible the faults are with the phones and not the network ?

edit: possibly not about the timestamps.. http://www.geekzone.co.nz/forums.asp?forumid=39&topicid=43031

Multiple sms sent sounds like a handset fault not a XT network fault

The Snap problem with multiple txts is a known phone fault. There is a patch available from the HTC website.

The SNAP has known issues but the other issues should be resolved tonight with a fix that's going in. Let me know if these sorts of problems continue

WinMo users, I posted a patch that solved the annoying 1 hour ahead time stamp problem. Search my recent posts for the registry fix. Would be good to get some feedback from other affected WinMo users also whether the patch works or doesnt work for them. This will tie us over until the Telecom fix is actioned. This is only for the 1 hour ahead incoming time stamp issue.
