oh sorry. didnt see that.
you could call them and ask if you sent your phone, would they retrieve the pics for you for a fee? (I doubt this is a usual service, but if you explain why, you might find someone who can help).

It specifically says DataPilot® PC Sync Software Note: Version 1.2.0 release has been delayed due to technical issues.

Perhaps they have an older version available which may be of use?

Hi Disenchanted. Thx for the heads up about this thread.

bettyboop_pink: give me a ring on 04 4999 763

We do have some older CD's, however the reason we're not shipping them with the cables is to prevent the deluge of customers ringing saying it's not working with their new phone they just purchased it for. If you give me a ring and/or fax through a PO attention to me, I can ship you just the CD only version. You'll still need to download the update from the website. But if you're in a hurry once the PO is processed I can email you the Validation number to go register on the website, then install using the update version.

Jp.

PS: v1.2.0 was pulled due to some problems, v1.2.3 is now current release. CD's for standard cd sales and with data cable sales are still pending. But as noted above, since the cd's are still pending we will make exceptions if the circumstances warrant it (at our discretion).

Thx.
Jp.
