Another curly one from a customer!

We have setup a private realm (Remote Office/One Office Remote) login for a HTC Snap on XT, but when running through the Exchange setup, there does not seem to be a way to tell it what APN/network type to use. In the advanced connection settings you can select "Internet", but there does not appear to be a way to use a "Work" connection like WM Professional.

Has anyone come across this before?

I have setup the private realm login under GPRS using the correct APN's etc.

The exchange details are all correct as they work on a device running WM Prof.

Cheers

<edit> sorry if this is in the wrong forum - but I guess users would only need this on XT?

Not sure I can help you to find the Work settings (didn't realise this was missing in standard) but ....

Why don't you just use your remote office for all data eg change the main apn to oa.telecom.co.nz (i'm guessing you're using an IPC address) you'll need to put your IPC username and password rather than leaving them blank too.
