I have been using BitPim the laster version dated late Sep 2005 to upload my video clips and wall papers (images) into my PC however for soem reason it does not upload all the files and some of the files seem to be deleted files on the phone but bitpim still picks them up.

the way i see bitpim works, it directly addresses the memory and either dumps to or from it. deleting a file would only remove the link to its location, and the next image would be written over the file, something like a quick format of a drive. as to the not uploading, i have seen that too.
