Hello all, I got home from work an appear to no longer have a working phone line or internet. Called the help number but have been on hold now for over 15 minutes listening to hold music that cuts in and out like I've got bad reception.

Any one else in around the Mt Victoria region come home to find no internet or phone or am I the only lucky one? I see no complaints on here so I guess I might be :(
