According to this australian form, which discuss's a similar phone from ZTE, it stands for Factory Test Mode.
Silly ZTE...

If the Phone has Worked before this issue came up? as there is 2 ways of possibly looking at fixing this.

Please return it to the store to be repaired if it has worked.
