Is there anyway to do this? I tried to do it in the Telecom connection manager, but all the options are greyed out.

Why would you want a PIN on your data card?? If you put it into a regular phone and enable Pin Request Mode, or there are plenty of tools that let you reconfigure GSM SIM's to turn on Pin Request.

The Frequency Bands can be specified if you create a new profile.  Then you can also add a different APN, which is what I did when I tested the MF626 with Vodafone and 2Degrees.

Well...  I don't.. I just like having all the options available to me that are there.
