First I couldnt text 022 numbers now I can't call them
This is getting annoying so much so I want to move to 2d, yet im afraid nobody will be able to get hold of me esp when I cant get to hold of my friends!

I don't think its a general problem. You need to call XT customer care and log it...

That's the number for Telecom faults, they'll log your case and give you a case number too.
