I just called voicemail and the "please enter your PIN" recording didn't play. I entered the number anyway and didn't get "first message received..." but the message played anyway. I wasn't given any options after the message, but pressed 3 and it silently deleted (the voicemail icon went away).

In other words, the functionality is working but not the spoken prompts. Has anyone else run into this problem?

It happens now and then for me. If i hear no voice prompts, i go ahead and enter my PIN as per normal and go into the main menu with no further issues.

The conspiracy theorist in me says its to increase the charges for people calling it and it failing, but I am sure that its something technical instead.

Please guys if you haven't done so already can you ensure when you get these issues you log a fault with the team at 123? This way it helps keep track for when the technicians investigate.

If I logged a fault everytime I dialed a number and nothing happened I would need a full time 123 operator to take all the calls! At least vodafone gave you the 3 beeps noise on failures, CDMA has nothing for ages then some generic error about signal.

Is this in regards to your voicemail or calling? I was referring to Voicemail.
