I have tried to get it sorted even taken it to the shop and they are unsure how, i know there is a way and would be really keen to find out...........any ideas???

HIya freitasm, thanks for that, but unfortunatly that dosent work, there is something specific to the blackjack that i need to do but cant work it out..........frustrated and not worthy to make coffee for real techies like yourself.....

What errors are you getting? Does the SIM work with data services in another device?

What are you having difficulty with?

Are you having problems entering the information? Because there isn't anything specific to any device - the settings are all the same.
