hi people, looking for some help as im kinda dumb when it comes to this stuff..
If i buy a data cable for a sanyo 7400 will i be able to transfer mp3 music files onto my phone and have as ringtones? if not does anyone know how i can do this.

No, the 7400 is not capable playing mp3s or using them as ringtones. You would need software (and knowledge) to convert them. I have seen other threads here about this, so have a search, although lots of threads mention the 7400 multiple times, so be patient!!

The cost of even a cheap imported cable is about the cost of 5 or 6 tru-tones anyway... I dont know how many ring tones people like to have, but I have only got about 4 on my phone...
