OK I have just about got used to the XT Usage meter being up to 6 days behind.

Today my "Your Telecom Mobile Broadband Usage" page tells me that "You currently have no data plan for your mobile"
Please phone 123 to discuss your data requirements.

I purchased the largest 24 month Data plan in June'09. XT TStick. I do not have a Telecom XT Mobile Phone.

Phoned the data help number ~ after 20 minutes trying to fix it. I'll phone you back in about 20 minutes. Yeh Right.
I paid the January account online Yesterday ~ 2 days early.

Now What. Pay casual rates for a 4GB plan till Telecom get it fixed and then go bankrupt..

I'm getting so darn tired of this.

I get that same error when I try check my Mobile BB usage in 'Your Telecom'.
I also get an error when using telecom.co.nz/mbbmeter (on 3G connection) saying 'Access Unavailable'.
It works using Tworld but you don't have that option. So it's not just you.

Have you tried http://yt.telecom.co.nz/mobile... while you are connected via the 3g stick?

I also have the same error message. I'm checking through YourTelecom but I have the 240MB addon which was working fine when I last checked it yesterday.

Not working:
"You have entered a non Telecom Mobile number"
True ... it's a TStick Modem number.
Thanks anyway.

It should work, when did you're usage meter stop working?

You can try signing up for Your Telecom (from the Telecom homepage) and access you data from there too.

Have you entered your correct mobile number eg 027******* not your home number the actual mobile number of the data card.

If you don't know what the number is simply send a text from the data card to your phone and that will tell you (but cost you 20c)

My experience is that the usage meter works right from when the sim card is activated

Hi nitrtech,
Correct number entered ~ tried it twice. No landline, No XT Mobile phone, just a XT TStick modem plus 4GB Data plan since June'09.
It's my only internet access which is why I'm so upset when the mobile broadband usage meter page on My Telecom tells me I do not have a data plan.

Hi nzbnw,
You have mail.

Funny I have just logged into my Your Telecom page (via the telecom website) and you're right it shows no data plan for me too.

However the http://yt.telecom.co.nz/mobile link should still work

My Mobile Broadband Usage page is finally back to normal this morning..
I have my data plan back and even an idea of how much bandwidth I've used. :)

Why, how or who I've no idea.. maybe the call to data help worked eventually.
Many thanks for the ideas.
S.
