Just wanted to let yous know i got the free ten dollar credit from telecom due the XT mobile network outage.
I Received a Text Message it Said:

Frm Telecom: We're sorry you were affected by the XT outage
Late jan. A 10$ goodwell credit has now been applied to your
account.

And then when i went to call the telecom IVR (*333) my mobile said network busy. may its because they were sending mass text massages out and applying the 10 credit to prepayed accounts.

Has anyone got theres yet i got my around 5:25pm today.

Rceived the SMS today - but when I checked online on My Telecom there wasn't anything in the transactions list or balance yet.

Lets hope this little "outage" isn't due to Telecom sending all their texts out at once.

thefatmould: Same, maybe they just decided to stop sending the texts?

Hmm, just got mine earlier by texting b to 333, got it instantly, but it would appear that the Your Telecom site is down, I just get: "Sorry, the system is currently unavailable. Please try again later or if the problem persists, call us on *123."

Interesting. Got a SMS from Telecom saying they have applied the credit to my account, but checking Your Telecom doesn't show any credit since the last payment. Can't you see those until the next billing?

I'm on PrePaid, but it just says that the site is currently unavaliable.

If you go into the MBB Meter http://www.telecom.co.nz/mbbmeter then it showed me I got credit on my prepaid numbers.
