Hi there.  I was actually Googling for some information regarding using the MF626 for sending a FAX and I found this post.

I use a ZTE MF626 with Snow Leopard on my Mac.  However I know some people have had issues with it so I blogged about it.  Admittedly my modem came from T-Mobile in the UK so the issues may be different but I thought the information  may help!
