vs the telecom one in the Philippines?

we had to fly extra staff in to the South Island this week to cope with demand and the back office porting team is working through the weekend to keep up.

Sadly both call centres have their major issues, there is a very good reason why I'm on prepaid now. (and actually saving sh***oads of money whilst making more calls than ever!)

Sounds like you've seen the light and switched to 2D then Para?
They have a true-blue Kiwi call centre, none of this off-shore rubbish, and they also answered the phone very promptly on the few occasions I have needed to call them. Added to that, their website provides a full listing of calls made and the cost for each call, which is a first for Prepay users in NZ. Voda and Telecom only provide this level of service to their On Account customers, which is pretty shabby really.

Would never go to Vodafone when it costs me to call you , even if it is YOUR fault that I need to call you . Good customer service ... I dont think so .
