I hear that they are starting OTA (over-the-air) updates are starting soon, I think early May. Anyone have any dates?

What device are you talking about specifically? Router, Tivo, Mobile? they all fall under Telecom New Zealand..

As a rule of thumb I always update via the computer. Why? Just more stable and if, for some odd reason, the connection breaks or your battery dies on you, your phone will be bricked.

I took my R6 in, and they said OTA would be available soon. (on XT, im not sure what devices it applies to though.)
