Has anyone else encountered this issue? I've had two users try this brand new HTC Snap and calls dropping constantly.

Coverage doesnt seem to be an issue, as the call drops regardless of location.
The longest talk time is usually around 10 - 15 mins.

Any ideas or should I give it a swimming lesson? :-D

I would love to change the world, but they won't give me the source code

No worries quandum. Let us know how it goes.

The upgrade ROM includes an updated Radio ROM, which improves network, call reception quality, bluetooth and wifi functionality.

@P Dub, thanks for the providing the actual link, totally forgot to include that!

update: with the V2 sim, the calls still drop, but not as frequently.

still havent tested the rom upgrade, as it wipes out everything on the phone....and there are some important texts on there that i dont want to risk losing, although they can be backed up..
