Anyone else having connection issues on their T-Stick?

Mine wont connect with my telcom sim inside. I just get "Limited" for the connection strength and it says "No Service" when i try and connect.

This does not happen when i put my Vodafone sim in.

I have also used it fine in the past.

Edit: Should of added this is in the Ilam area in Christchurch.
