I have a Telecom OKTA and 2 of my family are 2 degrees users.
We recently discovered that although they receive texts that I send I do not receive texts sent by them.
I do receive texts from abroad and from other NZ networks.
Anyone else experienced this kind of problem??

That's correct. We will take it up with whoever else needs to get involved, where necessary, but the first step is to call Customer Care generally speaking. If you PM me your number we will start looking.

These comments are my own and do not represent the opinions of 2degrees.

Raised query online with Telecom and received the "call 123" response.

However since then SaltyNZ has apparently found and fixed the problem.  Laughing

Have passed the info he gave me onto Telecom.

Thanks to all who responded.

Any issue should always start from the A party carrier
