I also had this problem and couldn't get rid of it. I rang Telecom and they were no help. I looked in all the places suggested in the older post by Possum but no joy for me either. I am in no way a computer geek. But I deleted all the files out of my windows/temp folder and the popup nolonger appears! I am so happy, it was driving me nuts and thought I would share incase it can help someone else. Cheers
