Why can't my TX95c recieve photo messages from a TX130c???

Hey,

I have a Hyundai TX95c, and my friend and also my mum just the got Hyundai/Pantech TX130c, they have tried sending me photo message's but my phone is not recieving them, it recieves texts and calls fine but not photo messages.

Why is this? The tx95c is a photo phone so it should be able to i assume.
I tried myself sending one from my mum's tx130c and still nothing.

Ps. Not really liking the 130c, camera in a werid place, + a few other weird things.

Ah, I have a TX130c and 2 of my friends have a TX95c tell them NOT to put any sounds in the photo message and it "should" download correctly. otherwise try getting them to send smaller resolution photos.

can you set it to vibrate? or just nothing?

have you sent photo messages to your friends tx95c? If so was there sounds off and did you send high or low res?

well, i did all those things you said work. On my mums tx130 i put the quality to low and resoultion to a resoluton thats on my phone and still it dosn't work. weird. the tx130 says it sent it but my phone dosn't recieve it.
There was no sounds just a picture attached.

my phone recieves texts and calls fine. but not pxts, from a tx130.

Call Telecom, They have a lightsurf phone, you have a MMS phone. there might be something in the handling..

0800 358423 select "setting up data service" option as the rest go to 123.

Funny my samsung n391 has no problems getting MMS from vodafone with ringtones and can even save them for use! tryTHAT on a lightsurf phone!

I can also save any recording sent from a Telecom phone.

your TX95 should do the same, PM me if you want some testing.

Ok thanks alot, i will give telecom a call soon and see if they know what the problem is.
Also a vodafone friend tried sending a photo message to me but again i did not recieve it.

Hopefully telecom can work it out.

called telecom, they told me you have to have at least $2 on your phone to be able to recieve a photo message.
I have 60cents so they told me to top up and it should work...

why do you need $2 on your phone, that seems stupid.
