Please can anyone help.... my daughters samung n391, 2nd hand, came with no sound. When we try to change this it won't change and a message pops up saying Warning Silent Mode.
Any suggestions? Thank you.

Cool - I have manual for N361 so assumed it was the same, I take it you dont have the manual (not being sarcastic, you said it was 2nd hand), can find it online here if you dont:
