Our telecom usage meter stopped updating new usage on the 4th or 5th of May.

ON 4/5 it logged 5mb, 5/5, 0.05 mb, since then, 0 - and, the internet has been heavily used in that time.

Anyone having similar probs?

It is really annoying, and I'm not sure if all the usage over the last few days will be loaded against our account.

I suspect, it will catch up, but too scared to use the net now because not sure if it will blow the cap.

I suggest taking screenshots of the usage meter including the daily usage. Inform telecom of the problem. You only have the usage meter to go by, telecom are responsible for the accuracy and maintenance of the meter. Doubtful that you could be held liable for excessive usage charges under those circumstances.

I am on the big time plan so excessive usage not an issue but frequently find that measurements are way off.

Thanks, will get it checked out.

Just curious if the problem were widespread.

My usage meter hasn't worked since december last year.
I'm on Bigtime but I would still like to know what we are using.
I've reported it a few times but it still reads 0.00
