"Dear Telecom,

Thank you for your recent review of the Big Time speed caps. They rock!

Yours,

Cybergangster"

I'm a man of few words. But the revised speed caps on Big Time over the last 2 weeks are much more usable and compelled me to speak up. Usenet, torrents and http downloads are all coasting in at a reasonable speed. Definitely still capped, but oh so much more usable. To top it all, I've no complaints about web browsing speeds. And being half-Brit, not having a moan is a very unique experience.

That is all. Smile

Yes agreed the plan is working good enough for our uses now, easily the best value plan in the country for heavy usage.

Frown
The Big Time Plan has been withdrawn, no longer available and existing users need to change plans.

You will receive a letter over the next 6-8 weeks detailing your options.
