Hey guys,

I got my HTC Desire today - incredible phone.

However i'm having a bit of trouble with entering the XT APN settings.

In the settings, I have to enter: APN, proxy, port, username, password, server, MMSC, MMS proxy, MMS protocol, MMC, MNC, Auth type, APN type.

I've checked the XT APN information in another thread but i'm not really sure what numbers have to go where. So if anyone who has got their Desire working on XT can give me some tips, it'd be greatly appreciated :D

Cheers.

Never mind, after a bit of research i've got it sorted :)

Mods, feel free to delete this thread.

Argh, it was working for a bit, now it won't connect.

This is how i've got it set out:

APN: internet.telecom.co.nz
Proxy: n/a
port: n/a
username: n/a
pass: n/a
server: http://pdaportal.telecom.co.nz
MMSC: n/a
MMS proxy: n/a
MMS port: n/a
MMS protocol: WAP 2.0
MMC: 530
MNC: 05
Auth type: n/a
APN type: n/a

Does that look right?

You don't need the server line, it should be working otherwise.

Sorry to drag this up but has anyone successfully got MMS working on XT on their Desire?

I've tried all the settings i've found here and on other forums but no luck so far..
