Lately I've noticed some people haven't been receiving my txt messages (sent from XT), and my friend who is also on XT said she noticed she hadn't been receiving some from various people lately too.

I wonder if anyone else has been having problems?

Thanks :)

I'd suggest giving Telecom a quick call on 123 to get them to check it out. If possible dont call from your mobile as they will want to check settings on it to make sure they aren't causing the problem.

Also a good idea to note down dates/times when messages you have sent haven't been received at the other end.

Thanks, I'll note it down next time it happens and give them a call :)

0800 400909 for Mobile Faults would be much quicker than calling 123 :)

Thats a Tier 2 mobile faults team who wil seldom be able to assist you unless you have gone through the standard channels first.

It goes through to Tier 1 faults (Mobile Faults), who can escalate to Tier 2 (CTS) if necessary.

Always remember to record the time, data, A party (person sending) number and B party (person receiving) when logging a fault, generally 3 examples is better than 1 or 2 :)
